When hiring any facilities please ensure you have read and agreed with the following conditions of hire.

Conditions of Hire

  1. Strictly no smoking anywhere in the building
  2. In the event of a cancellation of less than 48 hrs full hire payable
  3. In the event of one week cancellation 50% of hire payable
  4. In the event of one month cancellation 25% of hire payable
  5. When booking provisionally we would appreciate confirmation within 10 days
  6. No person under the age of 18 will be accepted as a hirer
  7. All payments should be made payable to Barry YMCA
  8. Invoices to be paid by return please
  9. No posters, boards, logos, fittings, banners, signs, adverts or display materials shall be affixed to any internal or external door, wall or window without prior consent being sought
  10. All rooms to be left clean and tidy
  11. Hirers shall be liable for any damage caused to the room, furniture, fittings, equiptment, decor etc whether accidental or otherwise and shall pay the costs for any such repairs if necessary
  12. Fire exits from all rooms are to be kept clear at all times
  13. The YMCA Hub cannot accept responsibility in respect of loss, damage or theft of articles from the premises during the hire or any articles left on the premises at any time
  14. The YMCA Hub reserves the right to close the event due to unreasonable behaviour or wilful damage and to require the hirer to withdraw or cease any activies which puts attendees or the public on the premises at any risks whatsoever

  16. No food to be brought in to the cafe area. Please use the HUB cafe for refreshments
