Focusing on participation male artistic gymnastics, this class follows a programme in which boys use all of the gymnastics equipment.

Boys learn to improve basic gymnastics skills at a rate suitable to each individual need.

The classes encourage social development as well as confidence building.

Boys work on British Gymnastics 8-1 badge scheme to provide a clear pathway of learning and sense of achievement.

GIRLS RECREATIONAL

Inviting children from our Preparation gymnastics section and from the waiting list at age 5, this class provides the basic gymnastics shapes and skills and, following a rota, girls gain experience of all the female artistic apparatus.

Learning skills and routines based around the national criteria, girls are encouraged to develop their confidence and expand their skill able to take part in the club competition once a year to showcase there skill.

ADULT RECREATIONAL

Young people, from the age of fourteen, through to adults can enjoy the fun element of the sport.

The classes are designed to offer an appropriate level of gymnastics learning under the watchful eye of a qualified gymnastics instructor. So, whether you're a beginner, avid fan or an ex-gymnast, this is a great fitness session that will leave you with a rush of adrenaline.
